Overton Lofts offers 112 modern apartments, including spacious loft-style units, along with community amenities designed for comfort and convenience.
Yes. A standard application fee is required to cover background and credit screening. Applicants should have a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent.
The typical security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, subject to the outcome of the required background check.
Residents are responsible for:

- Internet service
Each apartment home comes fully equipped with:

We offer traditional 12-month leases as well as flexible shorter lease options (minimum 6 months) with variable pricing.
All meetings at Overton Lofts are done by pre-arranged appointment. If you just show up, no one will be available to meet you without some advance coordination. Please contact our Property Manager to arrange a time that suits both of you.
Yes, the line is currently active and runs only when there is a pickup or delivery, not every day or on a regular schedule, and is only active between the hours of 7am and 4pm.
